DENTON ROTARY
On Aug. 19, Denton Rotary celebrated its long awaited centennial dinner. The Maristella Feustle Trio entertained dinner guests during the event. A highlight of the evening was the centennial address by John Germ, past Rotary International president. A raffle also was held. The celebration honored Rotarian Rick Woolfolk, who was presented a major donor award by Paul Lucus, district grants and foundation chairman. The Denton Rotary Club meets every week at noon at El Chapparal Grille. The mission of Rotary International is to provide service to others, promote integrity, and advance world understanding, goodwill and peace through its fellowship of business, professional and community leaders.
